In your dashboard under Order History, on the orange tab "Tracking / Returns" where you will find the information you need to track your order. 

Below you will find an example of what your order history will look like: 

  • Delivered orders are hidden in the bottom, simply click on the arrow to reveal delivered orders
  • Items in transit will have a status next to the order date stating: Not Delivered
  • If the status next to order date remains empty, tracking information is not yet available 

Following this button you will find information on how to return your items or get an delivery status. 

If you didn't receive a shipment email from the retailer, you'll want to log directly into your retailer account that we create on your behalf. Here's how:

  1. In your Shop.Co account, click on the Account icon on the left sidebar.
  2. Next, click on Retailer Accounts
  3. Open a new tab or window and use your credentials to login. (Hint: You will need to show password to copy/paste on the retailer's account login site)
