Of course! As long as the retailer provides the option we can make that happen. It will require some communication with our system, which you can use through the Messaging Center.
To get there, go to your Universal Cart and click on the “Messaging Center” button highlighted in the screenshot below.
Once the Messaging Center window appears, click on “Alerts/Errors” and let our bots know you would like the option to gift wrap by typing, “Add gift wrap”
Certain retailers charge a fee for gift wrapping; if so that fee will show up in your Order Summary.
If you change your mind about gift wrapping, please return to the “Messaging Center” and let our bots know by typing, “Remove gift wrap”.
